These general conditions (hereinafter the “General Conditions”) regulate the use of all the services of the portal www.torresyv.info (hereinafter "Portal") which the company Testa Inmuebles en Renta, S.A. (hereinafter “Testa”), with its registered office in Paseo de la Castellana 83-85, places at the disposal of Internet users. Merely by using the portal, the user expresses her/his full acceptance of these conditions, with no reservations whatsoever. The General Conditions may be modified by Testa at any time. Users will also be subject to all the particular conditions, notices or rules of instructions which might be communicated to them in relation to specific contents or services which complete what is established in these General Conditions, provided they are not in opposition to them.
No responsibility for the functioning of the Portal and its services
Testa does not guarantee the disposability and continuity of the functioning of the Portal, or of its services and contents; whenever it is reasonably possible, Testa will give advance notice of any interruptions to the service. Testa takes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages of any description that might arise from the lack of disposability or continuity of the Portal or of any of its services, or for faults in accessing the different parts of the Portal or those where certain services are provided.

User use of the Portal and its services
The user undertakes to make lawful use, in good faith, of the Portal, its services and contents and will be the only party responsible for the use s/he might make of them. In no case is Testa responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any contents, information, communication, opinion or statement of any description which originates from the user or any third party or entity and which is communicated, broadcasted, transmitted or shown through the services of the Portal.

The Portal places technical devices, such as links, directories and search tools, at users’ disposal, which give access to web pages or websites managed by third parties. Testa has no ownership of the same and does not market or offer the contents and services they contain and, consequently, takes no responsibility, either directly or indirectly for these web pages or websites..
Intellectual and industrial property
All the contents, names, logos, brands and databases which can be accessed on the web pages of the Portal are subject to the industrial and intellectual property rights of Testa or the third parties to whom the rights belong. In no case does accessing the web pages of the Portal imply any kind of waiving, transmission or total or partial transfer of the said rights, nor does it confer any right to use, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or issue any public communication about the contents or industrial property assets without the prior express authorization granted for these purposes by Testa or the third party to whom these rights belong, except for the rights to view and make copies for the user’s exclusive personal use, which should always be exercised in good faith and in compliance with the applicable legislation.
