The Project

The city has a new icon, a symbol of economic and cultural development, a slender tower which rises in the form of an equilateral triangle with curved sides, offering the minimum resistance to the air of the Madrid sky.

The SyV Tower was designed by prestigious Arquitectura R&AS studio, directed by Carlos Rubio and Enrique Álvarez-Sala. With a height of 236 metres, it is the third highest skyscraper in Spain and one of the 200 highest buildings in the world.

The offices, which are at the top of the building, have an independent lobby with eight high-speed lifts for the exclusive use of the offices, a service lift, two emergency lifts and three lifts connecting the lobby with the car parks in the basement.

Moreover, the garage spaces for the offices and for the hotel are completely independent from each other to ensure that their daily use is as convenient as possible for all concerned.

The SyV Tower was designed and built following exacting criteria of sustainability and eco-efficiency.

Its ventilated double outer skin saves a very significant amount of energy and ensures that maintenance work does not interfere in the work of the offices.
